Tungsten carbide is widely used as the material of replication mold to produce small aspheric optics, and polishing process determines precision these molds. However, for micro-aspheric tungsten mold, existing methods are difficult realize form error modification during a due tool always larger than mold. Therefore, using polyester fiber cloth wrap small-size rigid ball in this paper. In order predict influence function (TIF) tool, series theoretical analysis experimental verification carried out Firstly, by analyzing structural viscoelastic characteristics cloth, pressure distribution contact area determined. And speed obtained kinematic movement tool; Then, combined with Preston equation, TIF derived; Afterward, through single point experiments, it verified that volume between removal model less 6.9% when low; Finally, applied corrective size symmetric After test, PV value (peak valley) decreased from 0.268 0.083 μm, which verifies effectiveness method correction.
